rutland & partners is a law firm based in Prague, Czech Republic which focuses mainly on corporate, real estate and M&A law. We also provide legal services to private clients from all over the world.

In our corporate practice we represent international investment companies and funds in the acquisition of real estate and companies in the Czech Republic, including joint ventures. Furthermore, we have extensive experience in commercial contracts, corporate governance, leasing, employment and other operational matters important for companies based in Czech Republic. Over 60 percent of our clients are foreign entities from all over the world. Our experience equips us well to interpret the specifics of Czech law for our foreign clients. rutland & partners was founded by 15 lawyers previously working at rutland jezek, established in 2010 by Monika Rutland, former partner of White & Case, and several other senior lawyers from White & Case Prague. Since then, rutland & partners developed strong position on the Czech market in many legal sectors (mainly real estate, M&A, defence, medicine and IT start ups).
