FINREG PARTNERS focuses on financial and capital market law. He provides his clients with advisory services in three basic areas – FinTech, financial services (including banking activities) and investment funds (asset management). The aim of the firm is to maintain and develop highly professional and specialized consultancy for clients from the sectors mentioned above, including fintech clients from the state of Singapore with business in the Czech Republic. The founders of the law firm are lawyers and renowned experts in financial markets law – Jan Šovar and Ondřej Mikula.
