ApuTime has been operating on the domestic market since 2016 by providing technologies for monitoring and increasing work productivity. For this purpose, we developed artificial intelligence (AI) driven technology, which combines machine learning and project management with biological algorithms inspired by large animal communities’ functioning, such as anthills and termite mounds. Our virtual project assistant can process the entire planning administration as well as the distribution of work in a few seconds. The assistant continuously adjusts the ideal work schedule to the current situation. The assistant fully adapts to any environment regardless of the size of the company, the amount of work and the users‘ experience. The integrated AI is constantly learning to understand better the specifics of project management in different domains, cultures, countries, continents.
