OM Property Services is a management and development company that manages the activities of the entire OM Group. The group’s companies include, for example, OM Property Holding, OM Consulting, the individual project SPVs and the OM Real Estate Fund SICAV (Joint-Stock Company). Through these companies, the OM Group mainly develops residential development projects in Prague. Within the construction consulting company OM Consulting, the group has extensive know-how across all real estate segments and works for leading Czech and foreign companies.
